SCHUPPENPANZER®-P thick-film is a high-quality, coloured topcoat specially developed for the long-term corrosion protection of galvanised steel, aluminium and primed steel. It is also ideal for rigid PVC and glass-fibre-reinforced plastic (GRP). Thanks to its permanently elastic and age-resistant binder base, SCHUPPENPANZER®-P offers excellent weather resistance and can be used in all atmospheric conditions.

Application instructions:
- Substrate preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry and free of grease. Galvanised surfaces should be cleaned with diluted ammonia.
- Coating system: For galvanised substrates and aluminium, two coats of SCHUPPENPANZER®-P thick-film are recommended. For steel, apply after priming.
- Application method: Brush, roller or spray (compressed air or airless) – apply evenly without excessive pressure.
Drying time:
- Dust-dry in 1 hour (at 23°C and 50% relative humidity).
- Can be recoated after 2 to 3 hours.
Coverage:
Approx. 4.5 m² per litre with a dry film thickness of 80–100 µm.
Packaging sizes:
Available in container sizes of 750 ml, 2.5 l and 12.5 kg net.
