Our pipe connectors / clamps are manufactured in accordance with standard BS EN 1562 and subsequently hot-dip galvanised in accordance with DIN EN ISO 1461. Unlike many other pipe connectors, our pipe connectors also undergo surface finishing by means of galvanising (electro-galvanising), all in compliance with the environmental management standard ISO 14001. The additional process of electro-galvanising not only enhances the appearance of the pipe connectors but also makes them more resistant to external influences and less reactive when used with other materials. The stainless steel adjusting screws (self-tapping screws) not only provide enhanced corrosion resistance but also enable stable and secure structures thanks to their high clamping force (tightening torque of 40 Nm). The tube connectors are available in six sizes. The first three digits describe the connector type, the last two digits the tube size, with the decimal place omitted. For example, for the right-angle elbow and a tube of 48.3 mm (corresponding to 1 1/2 inch commercial designation), the order number is: 125D48.

As this is an international measurement, the actual internal diameter is larger in order to accommodate all comparable pipe sizes across different countries. Example: A27 is suitable for pipes with a diameter of up to 28 mm.
