Return and Refund Policy
(Please note: There is no general statutory right of withdrawal in the United States. All purchases and returns are subject to the following FeNau company policy.)
1. Standard Return Policy
At FeNau, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, as standard industry practice, all sales are generally considered final. We may, at our sole discretion, accept returns of standard, unmodified items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided you obtain prior written authorization from us.
2. Return Conditions and Restocking Fees
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Authorization Required (RMA): No returns will be accepted without a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from FeNau.
- Condition of Goods: Returned items must be strictly unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund for all non-defective returns.
- Shipping Costs and Mandatory Carrier: The customer is entirely responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped exclusively via UPS (United Parcel Service). Returns sent via any other carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) will be refused and returned to the sender. We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items of high value.
3. Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)
The following items are strictly excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances:
- Custom-made, cut-to-size, or specifically manufactured goods according to customer specifications.
- Goods that have been installed, modified, or altered after delivery.
- Clearance items, custom quotes, or items explicitly marked as "Final Sale".
4. Processing of Refunds
Once your authorized return is received via UPS and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
