Wrought iron structures: without end caps, they are often incomplete. End caps don’t just look good; they can also protect the inside of the pipe from dirt. That’s why they are, of course, an essential part of the wrought iron range in the FeNau online shop. We stock square, rectangular and round end caps for you. FeNau stocks a wide selection of end caps

At FeNau, you can find end caps for square, rectangular and round tubes in a wide range of sizes. For round tubes, for example, we stock caps for tubes with diameters ranging from 30 to 114.3 millimetres. The FeNau range also includes pillar caps for square tubes in a wide variety of sizes: from 30 x 30 to 200 x 200 millimetres. A particularly decorative element in the FeNau range are the cover plates with a ball. These are end caps for square tubes, fitted with a decorative ball. All end caps offered by FeNau are weldable. You can use them, for example, as finials for fences, handrails or balustrades: for new constructions or the repair of existing ones.

FeNau offers end caps made from S235JR steel

End caps in the FeNau range are generally made from raw S235JR steel. The obsolete designation for this type of steel is St37-2. S235JR is highly formable, welds well and offers good strength. The ‘S’ stands for ‘structural steel’. FeNau supplies both galvanised and ungalvanised cover plates. The galvanised versions offer particularly good protection against corrosion.

In addition to some cover plates, some of the other wrought iron products have also already been galvanised. If they are not galvanised, this can be done retrospectively to improve protection against environmental influences, particularly against corrosion. Furthermore, all wrought iron parts, including the cover caps, can be painted. Paint can also serve a protective function, whilst additionally enhancing the aesthetic appeal.
