As we manufacture and process these bends ourselves, we are unaffected by import bottlenecks. Is an item ‘out of stock’ in the shop? No problem: we can produce more immediately if required. Ideal for projects with tight deadlines.
The difference: Fenau special bends vs. standard specifications
A classic “standard bend” (DIN 2605 / EN 10253) is usually only available in the wholesale trade as a 90° (and rarely 45° or 180°) variant. Anything else often has to be laboriously cut to size.
We fill this gap:
Our special angles are geometrically based on the tried-and-tested Type 3 design (radius ≈ 1.5x diameter), but are ready-made for intermediate angles
. For you, this means:
- No need to cut to size yourself: save time and saw blades.
- Precise angles: Clean angles for difficult corners in railing construction or pipe runs.
- Perfect weld seam preparation: Ready for further processing straight away.
