Bespoke quality – manufactured to DIN standards, delivered in record time
Every grating that goes through the FeNau configurator is manufactured in accordance with current DIN standards (DIN 24537) and is subject to strict quality controls – from the weld seam to the surface treatment. The manufacturing tolerances are precisely defined: length and width deviations of a maximum of 0 to -4 mm ensure that your grating fits without jamming or wobbling. Stainless steel versions are additionally tested using X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF) – so that V4A at FeNau really is V4A.
Once an order has been placed, the production time for custom-made products is approximately 21 working days. As we always have stainless steel in stock, production can begin immediately upon receipt of the order. 97% of stock items leave the central warehouse in Langenzenn the very next day – and if you order by 12 noon, same-day express delivery by courier is even possible. In short: FeNau doesn’t just deliver eventually, but when you need it.
