Payment terms at FeNau USA

At FeNau, we offer a full range of options for convenient, fast, and secure payment. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we work with leading payment processors to offer the most trusted US and international payment methods.

Payment via Stripe (Credit Cards & Digital Wallets)

Through our secure payment provider Stripe, we offer you a wide range of modern and encrypted payment options. You do not need a Stripe account to use this service.

• Credit & Debit Cards: Pay conveniently and securely with your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card. Data transmission is encrypted using state-of-the-art PCI-compliant technology.
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: Use your smartphone or tablet for lightning-fast payments via your preferred mobile wallet.
• Klarna / Afterpay: Buy now and pay later. Benefit from flexible installment payments securely processed at checkout.

Payment via PayPal Checkout

With PayPal Checkout, you can use your existing PayPal balance or access other popular payment methods – all securely processed through PayPal's secure gateway.

• PayPal: The classic option. Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm the payment.
• Pay Later (PayPal Credit): Shop at FeNau today and pay conveniently over time (subject to credit approval by PayPal).
• Credit or Debit Card via PayPal: Even without a PayPal account, you can use PayPal as a secure guest checkout to pay with your card.

Purchase on Account (B2B / Corporate Customers)

We offer traditional purchase on account (Net 30 terms) for registered and approved business customers. Please note that this payment method is subject to a commercial credit check and may only be available after establishing a purchasing history with FeNau. Approved invoices must be paid via ACH or check within the specified payment terms.

Wire Transfer

For large volume or corporate orders, we accept payment via domestic US Wire Transfer. Please contact our US sales team at info@fenau.eu or call +1 (773) 493-4879 to receive our US banking instructions. Your order will be processed and released for dispatch as soon as the funds clear our account.
