Payment terms at FeNau

At FeNau, we offer a full range of options for convenient, fast and, above all, secure payment. To make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible, we work with leading payment service providers and offer a wide variety of national and international payment methods.

Payment via Stripe (credit card, digital wallets & local providers)

Through our secure payment provider Stripe, we offer you a wide range of modern and encrypted payment options. You do not need your own Stripe account to use this service.

• Credit card: Pay conveniently and securely with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Data transmission is encrypted using state-of-the-art technology.
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: Use your smartphone or tablet for lightning-fast payments via your preferred mobile wallet.
• Klarna: Benefit from the flexibility of Klarna (e.g. purchase on account or instalment payments), securely processed via Stripe.
• SEPA Direct Debit: Have the invoice amount conveniently and automatically debited from your bank account.
• iDEAL: The familiar, secure and simple online payment method for our customers in the Netherlands.
• Bancontact: The most popular and secure payment method for our customers in Belgium.
• EPS: The secure online payment system for our customers in Austria, directly via their usual online banking.

Payment via PayPal Checkout

With PayPal Checkout, you can not only use your existing PayPal balance but also access other popular payment methods – securely processed through PayPal Buyer Protection.

• PayPal: The classic option. Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll be redirected to PayPal, where you log in and confirm the payment. We receive confirmation within seconds.
• Pay later via PayPal: Shop at FeNau today and pay conveniently at a later date (subject to credit approval, offer available directly via PayPal).
• Credit or debit card via PayPal: Even without your own PayPal account, you can pay conveniently with your card here.
• SEPA Direct Debit via PayPal: Simple direct debit, protected and processed by PayPal.
• iDEAL via PayPal: Another quick option for our Dutch customers to pay via online banking.

Purchase on account

We offer the traditional purchase on account option. Please note that this payment method may be subject to credit checks or may only be available from the second order onwards (or for registered business customers). The invoice amount must be transferred directly to FeNau within the specified payment term upon receipt of the goods.

Prepayment by bank transfer

We offer the traditional bank transfer as a standard payment method. Please transfer the exact invoice amount, quoting your order number as the reference. As soon as the payment is credited to our account, your order will be released for dispatch.

Cash & card payments upon collection

Would you like to save on delivery costs? You are welcome to collect your order in person from our large main warehouse at Fürth Harbour. The following payment options are available on site:

• Cash: Exact change or with change provided directly at our goods collection point.
• Debit or credit card: Thanks to our modern SumUp terminal, you can also pay conveniently on site using cashless and contactless methods.

Please be sure to contact us before collection to ensure that your chosen products are ready for collection at our main warehouse.
