A balustrade is more than just a fall protection system – it is a design feature. Those who opt for modern architecture often want to move away from the classic round tube standard. In this category, you will find our designer support pins made of stainless steel. Whether angular and striking or elegantly tapered: these connecting pins create visual highlights and lend your handrail an exclusive touch.
Our design ranges in detail
To suit your interior style and the shape of your balustrade (e.g. square tubing), we offer two distinct design styles:
1. Square support pins (cubic)
The perfect choice for square-tube railings and cubic-style homes. These pins refract light differently to round pins and appear particularly solid and high-quality.
- Square Straight: For horizontal handrails. Available in sizes 12x12 mm or 14x14 mm.
- Square with joint: A technical masterpiece. Even with square railings, you don’t have to compromise on flexibility for staircases. This model combines the square look with a continuously adjustable joint for inclines.
2. Tapered support pins (tapered)
Elegance in its purest form. These pins are wider at the base and taper (conical) towards the handrail. This effect makes the connection between the posts and the handrail appear lighter and more delicate – ideal for design-oriented living spaces where the railing should not look bulky.
Material & Installation
Despite the special shape, you don’t have to compromise on installation. Our designer posts offer the same connection options as standard posts (e.g. M6/M8 threads or combination connections with external/internal threads). Manufactured from finely polished V2A stainless steel (AISI 304), they blend seamlessly into our high-quality product range.
