The Ariete series offers high-quality, hydraulically assisted gate hinges for self-closing pedestrian gates. These hinges enable automatic, gentle and safe closing – without any electricity or external control.
Suitable for gate leaves up to 120 kg and up to 1000 mm wide, available in two versions:
- S version: With aluminium bracket for screw mounting
- W version: With iron bracket for welding
Mounting plates for fixing to the gate are available separately.

What does the final push function mean?
The final push function ensures that the gate automatically and powerfully pulls itself into the closed position during the last few centimetres of the closing process. From around 10–15 degrees before closing, an additional impulse is triggered, which safely brings the gate to a close – even if it has only been lightly nudged.
Advantages of the final push function:
- Reliable closing even in windy conditions or when operated imprecisely
- No unwanted door left open
- Greater ease of use – no need to pull the door shut firmly
- Low wear and tear thanks to gentle, hydraulic control
