Mission Statement & Introduction

Since its founding in 2012, FeNau GmbH has stood for the highest quality, integrity and responsible conduct in metal fabrication. This Code of Conduct defines the binding principles governing our behavior within the company as well as toward our customers, partners and society. We see ethical conduct not merely as an obligation, but as the foundation of our long-term business success and of a trusting cooperation.

1. Values and Principles of Conduct

  • Honesty and transparency: We maintain open communication and ensure that our business processes are traceable at all times.

  • Respect and fairness: We foster a working environment of mutual appreciation, free from discrimination and defined by absolute equal opportunity.

  • Sustainability: We act in a resource-efficient and environmentally responsible manner. Sustainability in material sourcing is a key quality criterion for us.

  • Quality and conformity with standards: We are committed to strict compliance with technical standards and industry norms (in particular DIN rules and RAL quality marks).

2. Cooperation and Corporate Culture

Diversity is our strength. We respect different cultures and backgrounds.

  • Any form of bullying, harassment or disadvantage is not tolerated at our company.

  • We cultivate a constructive approach to conflict and promote team-oriented exchange on equal terms.

  • Occupational safety and the security of our employees at all our locations are our top priority.

3. Integrity in Business Dealings (Compliance)

  • Anti-corruption: We consistently reject bribery and unethical influence. We convince through quality and fair terms.

  • Fair competition: We strictly comply with antitrust and competition law.

  • Avoiding conflicts of interest: Business decisions are made exclusively in the interest of FeNau GmbH and our customers.

  • Responsibility in the supply chain: We also expect our suppliers and partners to observe minimum ethical standards.

4. Protection of Data and Assets

  • Data protection: Protecting the personal data of our customers and employees in accordance with the GDPR is our highest priority.

  • Information security: Confidential information and trade secrets are consistently protected against unauthorized access.

  • Conservation of resources: We handle company property and raw materials carefully, efficiently and respectfully.

5. Compliance with Laws

Strict compliance with national and international laws is essential for us. This includes in particular anti-money laundering regulations, foreign trade law and tax provisions. Every employee is responsible for compliant conduct.

6. Implementation and Reporting

Every employee and partner is encouraged to report potential violations of this code. On request, reports are treated in strict confidence. Reprisals against whistleblowers are ruled out. Reports can be addressed directly to the management.

7. Validity

This Code of Conduct is binding for all employees, managers and persons acting on behalf of FeNau. It is reviewed regularly and adapted to current legal and social conditions.
