5. Compliance with Laws
Strict compliance with national and international laws is essential for us. This includes, in particular, regulations on the prevention of money laundering, foreign trade law and tax regulations. Every employee is responsible for ensuring that their conduct complies with the rules.
6. Implementation and reporting
Every employee and partner is encouraged to report potential breaches of this Code. Reports will be treated in strict confidence upon request. There will be no reprisals against whistleblowers. Reports can be addressed directly to senior management.
7. Validity
This Code of Conduct is binding on all employees, managers and persons acting on behalf of FeNau. It is reviewed regularly and adapted to current legal and social conditions.
